Time
Is there anyone out there in the Blogosphere who is selfish in her/his use of time? Is there anyone out there who can teach me to put ME first - more consistently than I do? Please? I don't even begin to understand how or why dropping my car to get fixed this morning is stressing me out so much.

I'm semi-selfish of my time. But I think we all need to be. The teaching of this is more difficult as it requires letting go of some guilt and an internal interpretation of what others will think of you.
Screw them. If you need time for you, then take it. You'll be a better person to everyone and THAT benefits everyone...including you.
